Terms & Conditions
All our soaps are handmade, hand-cut, hand-labelled & packed by us, therefore, size, shape, and design may vary from one soap to another.
We reserve the right to discontinue any soaps at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
We are not medical or healthcare professionals and do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in our listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product.
In some soaps we may use natural essential oils to add scent. Please note that these scents will fade over time. This is due to the natural progression that comes from the use of natural ingredients. Also, note that unscented soaps may also have a slight particular scent due to the natural ingredients used in our recipes. No refunds will be given based on scent preference.
Our usual lead time is 3-5 working days. This may be affected by national holidays, vacation, etc. However, we will notify you and prepare your order as soon as possible then send it with your chosen shipping method.
All our products are subject to availability. We manage our stock levels online, however, in the unlikely event your order is out of stock we will contact you to make you aware. You will either have the choice to wait for the new batch, make another choice or accept a refund.
Purchases and Payments
All credit / debit cards are accepted via Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. In the event that your card payments are unauthorised, you will receive an email from us making you aware and your order status will change to on hold. Once payment has been made, your order will be processed. All payments shall be in USD.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
A full address and valid phone number are required for us to be able to arrange the shipping. Once the order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you. Please make sure you have put in the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. We will not be able to refund or replace your purchase.
Returns and Cancellations
Because of the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for sanitary and contamination purposes. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We reserve the right to terminate a transaction for any reason, at any time.
Items purchased online are for personal use and are strictly not for resale.
Customer Account Registration
Having an account speed up the checkout experience; however, it is not essential, and purchases can be made without one. If you register an account with us, you will be able to access your purchase history and view your delivery tracking number. Please note we do not hold your card details and it is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. We cannot be held responsible if your account is hacked.
